Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Boldryu, we work hard to ensure your order is processed carefully and delivered as smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared within 3–5 business days before shipment.

🚚 Shipping Times

United States
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 15–20 business days.

International Orders
Delivery usually takes 15–30 business days, depending on your destination and fulfillment center.

 Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, peak demand periods, or unforeseen global events.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also monitor your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.

❌ Order Cancellations & Address Updates

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
    Email us with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER”

  • Address changes must also be requested within 24 hours.
    Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to avoid returns.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@boldryu.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
